Castallow Face Whip

*Note*Unscented is best for sensitive skin and has a slight "nutty" scent of the castor oil. 

OUR TALLOW IS INTENTIONALLY PURE AND UNADULTERATED BY ANY SYNTHETIC CHEMICALS OR PRESERVATIVES. THEREFORE ALL TALLOW BODY BUTTERS ARE PERISHABLE AND SHOULD BE USED 6-9 MONTHS AFTER PURCHASE DATE. AS IT AGES PERFORM SNIFF TESTS. IF TALLOW HAS A RANCID SCENT IT IS NO LONGER USEABLE AND TIME TO REPLACE. This is why we make out tallow as fresh for our customers as possible to ensure the maximum longevity.

Tallow is sensitive to temperature and will be harder in cooler temps and more of creamy at a warmer temperature. If it softens whipped tallow will harden to normal consistency when brought back to room temp. However if tallow is left in the sun or in a hot car it will melt. Although the consistency may change after melting the effectiveness and function is still in tact and may still be used.

No shortcuts are taken ever. Our grass-fed tallow is sourced from the same farm and  rendered/purified using the same process every time. However very slight variations in consistency my be notice due to variations in herd.
